Water cures at the Paul Vidart spa - Centre Valvital

Thermal waters

After trickling for 10 years through the hautrivien limestone the water is recovered at a depth of 124 metres and flows perfectly pure and naturally cool.
This water contains a non negligible amount of calcium, magnesium and fluorine.

For hydrotherapy, the water is heated and distributed at a temperature ranging from 33° to 37° degrees depending on medical requirements.

Therapeutic indication

Divonne-les-Bains has a sole therapeutic indication : Psychosomatic disorders.
These include all stress related reactions (anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, exhaustion, irritability) ; psychological and somatic manifestations (neurosis, reactional and neurotic depression, psychasthenia) : spasmophilia ; weaning off medication.

Divonne-les-Bains offers 21 day cures or mini-cures where the treatment is individually adapted to find a mental and physical balance.

Reimbursement of water cures

In France, the application for reimbursement for a water cure must be filled out by the patient’s doctor. When you have completed the application form, you then send it to your medical insurer.
Your insurer reply, indicating whether the reimbursement is for 100% or 65% of the cure.
